Success story: The largest Azure migration in Japan

This project started from late October 2022 to migrate customer’s (in the beverage industry) systems, with whom we are working as a partner since 2014, from the existing cloud to Azure. On 11th June 2023, the migration of the production environment was successfully on live.
The work was divided into 6 phases and took over 26 hours on weekend from 4 locations: customer site in Tokyo, Suburbs of Tokyo, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia. After the migration, the system is stable, and end-users are using it without any problems.
This is one of the largest and most successful Azure migration projects not only for Avaxia, but also in Japan.
