What is hard part to be an Avaxia Functional consultant?

My answer might be requirement of English communication skill.
As the team is composed of multi-cultural member, English is our common language.

If you have not ever communicated in English before, you may be surprised by the ambiance of Avaxia where the communication is made in various languages, which may often get you, at the first period, felt that you are having difficulties in the English communication.
